What we store
Your business details, your clients, your proposals, contracts, invoices and signatures. We store these because they are the product: they are the documents you created.
Authentication
Sign-in and account management are handled by Clerk. We receive your Clerk user id; we do not store your password.
What a client sees
A client who opens one of your proposal or invoice links sees that document, the recipient details, and your public business details. They do not see your dashboard, your other clients, your notes, your invoices to anyone else, or your subscription.
View tracking
When a client opens a proposal for the first time, we record that it happened and when. We record the first view only. We do not track repeat views, we do not use third-party tracking or advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of your clients.
Signatures
A signature record stores the signer's name, email, the time, an IP address where collected, a fingerprint of the document, and a drawn signature image if one was used. We retain the signed document so it remains reproducible.
Processors
We use Supabase for database hosting, Clerk for authentication, Dodo Payments for our own subscription billing, and OpenRouter for AI features. Each receives only the data it needs to perform its function. AI features send your brief and your business details to our AI provider in order to generate a draft.
Your choices
You can edit your business details and delete clients, proposals and invoices from the product at any time. To delete everything, contact us.
